Spagetti Aglio E Olio

Ingredients

    200 g spaghetti

    2 tablespoons Garlic & Chili Olive Oil

    4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

    ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Grated Parmesan (optional)

Directions

1․ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
2․ In a pan, gently heat both garlic and chili-infused olive oils over low heat.
3․ Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant (do not let it brown).
4․ Stir in chili flakes and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
5․ Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the pan, along with 2–3 tablespoons of pasta water.
6․ Toss well so the pasta absorbs the infused oils and becomes glossy and aromatic.
7․ Serve immediately, topped with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.
