Caprese Salad with Basil Olive Oil
Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil dressed in a delicate herb olive oil.

Ingredients
- 2–3 ripe tomatoes (heirloom or vine-ripened)
- 2–3 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
- 200 g fresh mozzarella
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Directions
1. Slice the tomatoes into medium-thick rounds.
2. Slice the mozzarella to match the thickness of the tomatoes.
3. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate.
4. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices or scatter them on top.
5. Drizzle generously with Basil-infused olive oil.
6. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Add a light swirl of balsamic glaze if desired.
Serve immediately as a fresh appetizer or side.
